General

As mentioned above, “Personal Information” means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, personal profile, a home or other physical address and an email address or other contact information, whether at work or at home. Currently, we do not require you to provide Personal Information in order to have access to the Site. However, if you decide to utilize the services we provide via the Site we may be collecting certain Personal Information about you including your name, email address, and other Personal Information.

In addition to Personal Information, we also may collect information related to your company, including company name and address (“Company Information”).

We collect IP addresses for site security and to help us understand how people use the Site so that we can improve the Site and our users' respective experiences. For similar quality reasons, we use "cookies." Cookies contain bits of information that websites transfer to your computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can make the Web more convenient by storing information about your preferences on a site. Although we may assign your browser a cookie, the cookie does not tell us who you are. Only you can tell us that.

When you place an order for a product or service, we need to know the sort of information typically used for credit card transactions, such as your name, mailing and billing addresses, telephone number, and credit card number and expiration date. Gathering this information allows us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status. We encrypt all of this information using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology. Note, however, that we do not store your credit information.

If you choose to provide us with your Personal Information on the Site, we may transfer that Personal Information within the Company or to our third-party service providers, but only to provide services on the Site.

Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions.

These are voluntary submissions to receive our electronic updates, to participate in our message boards or forums, and to participate in polls and surveys. The Company keeps this information strictly confidential. We do not to share or distribute user information such as email address. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by email request or by clicking unsubscribe on the link provided in our correspondence with you.

The Company asks its users to contribute content to the Site such as ideas for new products and feedback about our products and content. If part of your suggestions, ideas or feedback contain personal information about you or another person, we will never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

HOW SECURE IS THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

The Company operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. The Company is committed to helping you to be able to easily find and order your objects while providing you with the best security and privacy available. Because you are agreeing to the collection and use of this information when you use our web site, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology from Thawte(tm) and Verisign(tm) to encrypt all of your personal information. SSL is part of the strong security measures we use to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of you information. Additionally, we use all of the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect all information you entrust to us.

Payment transactions are conducted in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session, which encrypts all transaction data for transmittal in a format that helps reduce the chance of theft of the information. If you are using a current web browser (such as IE, Chrome, or Safari) all sales transactions on the Site will be fully encrypted and secure. If you use a relay or proxy you can make sure that your connection is secure by checking your browser’s lock indicator. Our servers are located in a secure, supervised environment.

Personalized areas of the Site are password-protected. Only you have access to these password-protected areas. Do not share your passwords with anyone. Company will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. If you are using a computer to which others have access, such as one in a computer lab, Internet cafe, or public library, always remember to log out, clear the cache and close your browser window when leaving the Site.

HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?

IP ADDRESSES

Your Web browser or email application automatically provides your Internet Protocol address ("IP address") to other computers with which you communicate over the Internet, so that they know where to send you information.

We receive an IP address each time you view one of our Web pages, because the browser automatically reports it to us. We also may store the IP address when you register with Company, post a message, or buy something from us.

We may use IP addresses for various purposes, including:
• Diagnosing service or technology problems.
• Assessing and maintaining system security.
• Studying how people use the Site and how we can improve it.

COOKIES

You must have cookies turned on to use this site. The Company places text files called "cookies" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.

The Company mainly uses cookies to allow our customers to add items to their "cart", to travel to other pages within the Site, and then to return to find their basket contents intact. We do this by assigning a unique customer id to every user that puts an item in their cart. This customer id is then associated with a specific cart id in our database. Cookies are also used to keep a running subtotal of items in your cart, to remember which country you've specified during 'Sign In' or 'Quick Sign In' so that we can correctly estimate shipping times and costs, to keep your order information accurate as it is moved to our secure server, and to sign you in automatically next time you visit, should you select this option.

We also use cookies to keep users signed in and able to download certain files without having to sign in every time they wish to download.

If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie.

HOW CAN YOU PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT?

While we do our best to protect Personal Information, Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any password and/or account information. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify us and change your password. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online, especially when using a computer that other people can use also.

HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, REVIEW OR CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, Company wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. You may check your profile and add information, delete information or correct any incorrect information on your Profile & Settings. We do retain Personal Information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Site policies, and take other actions permitted by law.

If you follow links from our Site to others, you should be aware that you are doing business with those other sites, which have their own privacy and data collection practices. The Company has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies (and we may not even know what they are). For more information regarding a site and its privacy policies, check that site.
