Visualize while you work.

Context’s Live View window floats over the Illustrator artboard, providing a preview of your design concepts in the real-world. Because it works in tandem with Illustrator, going from design idea to a real-world implementation is as easy as clicking Apply Artwork.

Live Inks.

Context ships with a set of Live Inks built in. Simply add a new Live Ink swatch to Illustrator’s Swatches panel from the Context panel and fill or stroke your artwork with that swatch. When Context generates the preview in the Live View window it replaces your flat artwork with photorealistic inks. And fine-tuning is easy: click Adjust to edit things like lighting, reflections, emboss depth and transparency in realtime.

We’ve completely reworked our industry-standard library of hundreds of hi-res, professionally photographed objects and scenes to update them for Context. Each surface has expanded surface details to enable lighting and reflection effects. And we’ve added Plus Surfaces: surfaces that are built at hi-res with meticulous texturing details to be rotated and resized in realtime.
